Toby was born and raised in a small town in Wyoming. Around the age of 13 he stopped riding horses and started riding a skateboard. His obsession with the vibrant, graphic visual language that defined the skateboard industry in the late 80s helped lead him down a path that eventually found him graduating from the University of Idaho with a degree in graphic design. In 2008 he started Neighborhood All-Stars, a graphic design shop, with his wife. When he¹s not busy designing, hanging out with his wife, chasing one of his four kids around the house, or trying to find time to sleep, he likes to draw and paint.

Show: This new series is influenced by visual references from my childhood growing up in the West -- and the never-ending cycle of people doing messed-up stuff in the name of freedom and religion.
