Flying M Coffee, formerly Purple Bean Coffee, has been roasting beans since 1995 in a purple Diedrich roaster.  In 2006 the roaster found a new home in a revitalized 60’s-era Firestone Tire Store turned-coffee-shop, in historic downtown Nampa.  Flying M Coffeegarage micro-roasts only the finest beans, tailoring each roast for optimum flavor.
