Conference room Guidelines & Faq’s

Location
Our conference room is located on the second floor of our Downtown Nampa location at 1314 2nd St S. The conference room must be accessed via 1 flight of stairs; we do not have an elevator. 

Capacity
The conference room can comfortably seat 14 people around a long conference table. There are 6 additional chairs at 2 other tables on the perimeter of the conference room. 

Booking Rules

  • The conference room can be reserved up to 2 months in advance.

  • The maximum time slot is 3 hours

  • The conference room can be booked during regular business hours: Monday–Friday 6:30am–9pm, Saturday 7:30am–9pm, and Sunday 7:30am–6pm. 

  • If you are conducting sales of any kind, you must pay a $25 fee to book our conference room. This includes any type of event where you make money. E.g. sales "parties" (like Scentsy), hosting an event for potential clients, paint and sip type of events, etc. 

There is no outside food or drink allowed.

This includes drinks, take-out food, cakes, etc. If you bought it from anywhere but Flying M, please do not bring it into our building. If you’d like to provide treats and/or drinks for your guests during your reservation, you can place a catering order at least 48 hours in advance or open a tab at the register. How to book
Please submit a form using the button below and we will confirm your reservation via email within 2 business days. If you are reserving the conference room with less than 2 business days notice, please call us at 208-467-5533. Submitting your reservation request does not guarantee your time slot.
