Flying M Coffeehouse, owned by Kent Collins since 2011, is located on the corner of 5th and Idaho in Downtown Boise. The coffeeshop is renowned in the local community for its quirky furnishings, eclectic crowd, high quality coffee, and unique Gift Shack. FLYING M COFFEEGARAGE, SINCE 2006

After 14 years of success with Flying M Coffeehouse in Downtown Boise, Kevin & Lisa Myers opened Flying M Coffeegarage in Downtown Nampa. In 2020, their daughter, Chloe, along with her husband, Adam Hanson, and friend (and longtime manager) Shaun King, purchased the Coffeegarage. Flying M is located in a renovated 1960’s Firestone garage and has become a Nampa community staple for all ages. Its 6,000 square foot dining space holds an espresso and pastry bar, a quirky gift shop, conference room, and roasting/tasting room. The Coffeegarage roasts for all three locations, plus local and regional retailers - you can purchase beans here.

FLYING M COFFEEshop, SINCE 2018

Flying M Coffeeshop opened in 2018 as part of the revitalization of Historic Downtown Caldwell. After managing Flying M Coffeegarage for several years, and being a part of the Nampa Flying M team since its opening, Caleb McKim opened the Coffeeshop with his wife, Tori McKim. In addition to delicious coffee and house-baked pastries, the bright space features a pour-over bar, a rotating art gallery wall, and a funky gift corner.
