HOUSE BLEND
Dark Roast
A Flying M signature blend since 1995. Made from a dark roast blend of Colombian and Papua New Guinea beans, this coffee is smooth and smoky with notes of dried fruit and dark chocolate.  

ESPRESSO BLEND
Medium-Dark Roast
A blend of medium-dark roasted beans. Cinnamon-red crema with a honey-laced aroma. Notes of caramel, fruits and nuttiness with mild acidity, and silky mouthfeel.

DECAF BLEND
Medium-Dark Roast
Decaffeinated by Swiss Water method. Pre-roast blend of Colombian and Sumatran. Suitable for espresso and drip coffee. It has a delicate acidity, floral notes, and a pleasantly sweet undertone.

Fazenda Samambaia and his family of the Santo Antônio Estates have focused on modernizing production and processes, while still keeping small batch naturals at the head of their farm. These experimental lots oppose Brazil’s reputation for mass production, aiming for exceptional quality in coffee sourcing.

Luz Marina Trujillo, Owner of the Santa Elena Estate in the Tarrazú region, produces some of the finest coffee in the world. Her farm focuses on high quality production, with hand-picked cherries and leading the industry in natural and honey processes. She goes above and beyond Costa Rica’s environmental standards with a holistic approach to sustainability, prioritizing the health of the forest.

AFRICA: SINGLE ORIGIN

Sibu Coffee has been working with their farmers for over 20 years in the Guji region of Ethiopia. To expand the market access for farmers, Sibu began shipping Guji coffee in 2014 to importers and roasters all over the world. Sibu provides natural and washed coffees and they have washing stations all around the Guji region. The farm is invested in community development projects such as funding for the nearby primary school and providing for access to fresh water supply for the community.

ASIA: SINGLE ORIGIN

The Kayumas farm was founded in 2008 and became the first fair trade certified group on the island of Java. The 150 member farm values the quality of the community and it’s growth. The farmers bring the cherries to the fermentation areas where they undergo 24-36hr fermentation, then gets de-pulped and goes through the wet-hull process on raised beds.
